the lodge was practically acceptable, with a few glaring issues. for starters, terribly unnerving to have cars parked right outside my window. where's the privacy? not to mention the fridge didn’t cool my food, and I lost everything, which was absolutely delightful! they charged me a boat mooring fee even though, surprise, I don’t have a boat. I almost thought of leaving a good review but just couldn't.

The owners were incredibly helpful and kind. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There was a nice bar area with a coffee pot, microwave and sink outside of the bathroom.

During my stay, I felt a bit exposed since cars were parked directly outside my window and other guests frequently walked by. I also encountered an issue with the mini fridge, which wasn’t cooling properly. I discovered this too late and had to toss out food. Additionally, I wasn't expecting to be charged a $10 mooring fee despite not having a boat.

The serene location by the marina and friendly staff made for an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return!

The views from my balcony were simply breathtaking, overlooking the river and wildlife. The room was immaculately clean with thoughtful touches, including wine glasses and cozy seating arrangements. However, privacy was an issue. cars parked right outside the window offered little seclusion, and I had to draw the drapes to avoid feeling exposed. There were also some issues with the mini-fridge. it didn’t keep my food cold, which was disappointing. Despite the few inconveniences, I enjoyed the stay overall, especially the picturesque views from my room.
